Two floors, LED walls and lightboxes. Sometimes bigger is better.
When we first spoke with Vestolit Alphagary, one of their main priorities was meeting space. We looked at two options with them, a design for a single deck and a design for a double deck. It soon became clear that two storeys were the desired option.
Their space had only one open side, so we wanted to ensure that the stand was inviting, even with high side walls.
The key? Great lighting and video content.
By making the stand as light as possible – especially towards the rear of the stand – it made for an open feel to a closed space. We used alternate solid and fabric infills for the ceiling, which helped heighten the sense of depth and brought an element of natural light into the space.
We then used daylight LED throughout, to further brighten the entire stand area and sense of welcoming.
For the internal layout, the left-hand side was Vestolit branded while the right hand side was Alphagary branded. In addition to individual brand graphics, each also has their own built in LED video wall, showing corporate video and messaging. These helped catch the attention of passing visitors with key brand information.
The informal seating area at the front gives a casual meeting space, and there was a semi private area toads the back of the stand for longer meetings.
From the reception area you can be directed to semi private area or upstairs in the main seating space, which gave plenty of room for enchanted hospitality with key visitors.
The end result was a spacious, minimal stand design to hold multiple concurrent meetings, whilst still delivering on brand content.
